These are the selling terms and conditions of Dalber, S.L. These conditions apply to all orders made through the online web site of Dalber (www.dalber.com). Once you make an order, you are accepting such conditions under the Dalber terms.

These conditions state the rights and obligations of all parts involved applied to your products ordered through the online web site of Dalber. Due to this, it is important to take the necessary time to read carefully these conditions. Dalber recommends to save these conditions in your computer or printing them for your own files.

  • Your personal data
    • In order to easily start and execute the agreement with Dalber it is important to supply properly all the right information with your name, e-mail address and delivery address as indicated in the instructions. Note that you are responsible of the supplied information. You can find all contact data of Dalber in the Article 1 of these conditions.
    • Dalber will use the information provided just as indicated in the privacy declaration available in the web site.
  • Price and payment
    • You may pay using the following method:
      • Payment with credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro)

        Easy and efficient: The payment can be easily made with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Maestro)

        Type your credit or debit card number, valid date and code of verification. This data will never be kept. All this information will be transfered directly through SSL of 128 bits under a secure encryption. The credit or debit card must be registered under the appropriate bank for Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode. The approval is made through a personal security code under a secure form.

        Once the order is made, the amount will be on hold in your credit or debit card. Once the order is sent, the amount will be charged.

        This payment method, simple and fast, is totally free of charge.

      • PayPal / PayPal Express

        The payment can be made through PayPal system. In order to do it, you must be registered o register at that moment (except in orders made directly through PayPal), validate payment with your access data and confirm to us the payment. If you are using PayPal Express, we will receive also the data of all exhisiting addresses in your PayPal account. Then, you confirm the payment after finishing the order in our online shop. While ordering takes place, you will receive the steps to follow in order to access the payment supplier page.

      • Amazon Pay

        You can make your orders with Amazon Pay, using the information about the delivery address or the current payment method in your Amazon account. It can be paid easily, secure and fast. This payment method is free of charge and all data is protected.

  • Order process and delivery
    • Dalber will try to process and deliver your order as fast as possible.
    • All orders will be sent to the shipping address provided and using the delivery method selected by the client.
    • If the delivery address is out of the European Union, it is possible that the country selected charges additional taxes like an import tax. Dalber has no influence or control over such taxes. Therefore, Dalber can not provide any additional information about it. All this information must be checked by you in order to know if the articles can be exported or imported to such country as well as the costs, prior to finishing the order.
    • Once the payment has been fully received, the articles will belong to you.
  • Trust

    Dalber will make sure that all products are well selected and fully sent. If you receive incomplete or damaged products, get in contact with Dalber.

  • Quality
    • Dalber tries to show the products in the web page as accurate as possible. The nature of the articles offered may result in differences (like for example color appearance) between the article shown in the web page and article delivered.
    • All the products from the Dalber collection comply with all standards of quality and normative of security stablished in the European Union.
    • The Dalber articles are made with the most resistant and highest quality materials for their appropriate use. Follow the installation, use and maintenance instructions in order to have a long life and optimum product.
  • Returns
    • You have the right to terminate the agreement until 30 days after you receive all the products ordered without any explanation. This is known as reflexive period. You may use your right to return using your account and indicating the order or article that you want to return. Follow the steps in the web page. You must return such product as soon as possible, not later than 30 days after receiving the order. The shipping costs will be held by you and may be deducted from the payment back.
    • In case of termination as defined in Article 7.1, Dalber will return the quantity paid for the product right of way and no later than fourteen days after the reception of notification from the return but never before receiving back the article.
    • The right of termination of agreement defined in Article 7.1 is made to clarify if the product is correct and what you really wanted. The use of the product will affect the right of return established and explained in the Article 7.5.
    • When you return a product which you have damaged without the labels, that is incomplete or deteriorated by its previous use, you are responsible for its reduction of value caused by you. Dalber will deduct the appropriate value when the money is retuned.
    • The right of termination in the definition of Article 7.1 will not be applied in articles which do not qualify for returns.
    • The cost per return is 3,95€, to be deducted from the money back payment.
  • Changes in these conditions

    If Dalber decides to change these conditions, the new ones will be published updated in its web page. We recommend to regularly check if the conditions have changed. Changes do not affect the orders made prior to the date of the change. These conditions were updated for the last time on December the 11th, 2019.

  • Warranty
    • Products with any deffect or technical damage will follow the warranty line.
    • All articles bought are under warranty vs any kind of manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years from the delivery date under the Spanish legal rights 1/2007 from November the 16th, Consumers Defense legal rights law as well as its annexed laws. In this case, the client may choose either have the product repaired or changed unless any of these two options may result impossible or disproportionate.
    • In case the product can neither be repaired nor changed by a similar one, the amount paid will be returned.
    • Once the product is received at Dalber and if it works right, transport costs will be charged.
    • Remember that once the product is delivered, the owner holds all responsibility of its use. Make sure that the person using the product has the appropriate age for a secure and responsible use. The use of it is under your own risk and responsibility.
    • Warranty rights are excluded because of defects due to:
      • Loss of the purchase invoice.
      • Breaking or handling.
      • Maintenance or cleaning repairs.
      • Damaged material, without proper packaging and transport damage.
      • When the cause of the damage or breakdown is due to operation or obvious signs of improper handling or misuse, unproper handling, falls, hit, slamp, non-application of the instructions in the accompanying manual, or breakdowns produced for other reasons not attributable to normal operating conditions, they will be treated as ordinary repair under a previous budget, in all cases.
  • Legislation applied

    The Spanish legislation will be applied to all these conditions and agreements made with Dalber.
